Norwich Terrier Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults

Marley is an 8 month old terrier female who is very sweet and friendly. She is small, weighing 16 lbs. She can be a little hesitant and is definitely not an alpha type dog. She loves to cuddle and is good with children although if they are rough with her she could get scared and cower. She is very friendly with other dogs and totally ignores the cats. She likes to walk on leash and seems to be house trained. She is spayed and fully vaccinated. Call 713-385-2317 or email anneanderson5@yahoo.com for an application and additional information. A home visit is required prior to adoption. She is microchipped as well.

Rescue Me ID: 14-03-05-00612Rusty (male)

Norwich Terrier Mix    Age: Puppy

Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Rusty came home with us because he had kennel cough and needed a place to recuperate. His cough is getting better and his energy level is back up. But probably more important for Rusty is he came to a home with lots of foster dogs. He has learned to be a part of a group of dogs and he now plays and chases them. You see, Rusty was very shy. From the way he wouldn't step over the back door threshold, we presume he'd been an 'outside only' dog. He probably got some random food thrown in his bowl and only occasional human interaction. It's a crappy way to live since dogs love their people. He still shies away from your hand when you reach to pet ... (Read More)him if he doesn't know you. But he'll come running to his foster mom when she calls him and he lets her pick him up whenever. Rusty is a spunky, little Norwich/Cairn/Australian terrier type dog. He has a beautiful red and black coat and he weighs just 9 lbs. He's only 1 year old, but he already has heartworms (another tell tale sign that he was an outdoor only dog, given no heartworm prevention). Rusty sleeps all night in his crate (sometimes he puts himself in their for a daytime nap, too). He's house trained with someone who is home all day and takes him out on a regular basis. Rusty is convinced that indoor living beats outdoor living any day. He's now spoiled and ready to go to his new forever home who will spoil him some more. Rusty is around 1 yr old and about 9.5 lbs. As we believe proper health care of one's pet is a requirement of good ownership, K-9 Angels Rescue only adopts out dogs that have been fully vetted and altered. Rescue Me ID: 14-01-23-00286Scotch (male)

Norwich Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered

Scotch is the cutest dog I have seen in a long time. He plays rough so close monitoring when introducing new dogs is advised. Scotch has no manners for meet and greets but it doesn't matter .. cause he is so cute!! His favorite thing is to sorta melt into the floor so he can get belly rubs!
